The role of the Service Health & Fitness Advisor invovles development, implementation and co-ordination of the physical training and fitness programmes for Fire & Rescue Service employees to ensure that all staff are fit for their usual role. In conjunction with colleagues in the Occupational Health Services Team , the Service's Health & Fitness Advisor will support staff in rehabilitation and weight management programmes, to enable a return to their usual role.

Permanent contract on a job share basis
Hours: 14 hours per week
Salary: Grade 8 (£10,380 - £11,067 per annum)
