CBRN(e) Mass Decontamination Capability Officer
Salary: Station Manager B plus Flexi Duty
As the Lead Authority for National Resilience, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service are seeking applications from existing FRS specialists who wish to undertake a secondment to the National Resilience capability team as a Mass Decontamination Capability Officer Officer.
*Please note, the successful candidate will be seconded into Merseyside
Fire and Rescue Service for administration purposes for the length of
the secondment, you must be employed in a UK Fire & Rescue Service to be able to apply*.
You will provide operational cover for National Resilience as directed in accordance with the Lead Authority rota system and will operate in support of the National Co-ordination Advisory Framework (NCAF).
The secondment is initially for 2 years. Any further extension will be dependent on Home Office funding.
