£32,029 - £34,788 per annum
Permanent
contract, full time - 35 hours per week

Merseyside
Fire & Rescue Service estates portfolio includes 27 premises ranging from
fire stations, vehicle and equipment workshops to the joint control centre and
service HQ.
The Estates
Project Officer is responsible for project managing estates capital building
contracts up to £1m, with a proven track record of planning within agreed
timescales to enable delivery of capital build projects to an acceptable
standard, ensuring at all times that this brings value for money for the
Authority.
The Estates
Project Officer will also be responsible for the completion of condition
surveys, audits ensuring that the properties remain in excellent condition.
