Applications are invited from existing operational members within
the UK Fire & Rescue Service
Station Manager 'A'
Incident Investigation Team (IIT)
Community Risk Management Directorate (CRM)
Merseyside Districts
Salary: Station Manager 'A'+ 20% flexi allowance to provide 24/7
availability on a four week rota.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service (MF&RS) are currently
advertising for a Station Manager 'A' to join our Incident Investigation Team
(IIT).
Successful applicants will represent MF&RS on various Community
Safety partnerships across each of the five districts in Merseyside and attend
meetings such as Community Safety Executive Boards, Location Problem Solving
Groups, DISARM Partnerships and other multi-agency groups where appropriate.
In addition, successful applicants will be responsible for carrying out
fire investigations and will provide reports to internal and external
stakeholders when appropriate. The role also involves the investigation of
accidents involving MF&RS personnel.
