Location: Fire Service Headquarters, Bridle Road, Bootle
Salary: Grade 11 (£32,910 - £35,745) per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: 12 months fixed term to cover maternity leave
The Recruitment & Development Team at Merseyside Fire & Rescue
Service are responsible for attracting talented individuals into the
organisation and for supporting them in their development throughout their
careers.
The role
You will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment and selection
processes. Providing a strong focus on customer service, whist managing the
expectations of internal stakeholders. You will support the positive action
programme, assisting with co-ordinating activities and events. Building positive
relationships with external partners.
The
person
You will
be a HR professional with experience of a managing high volume recruitment and
selection processes. Have excellent interpersonal skills, be solution and
customer focused and have the ability to manage multiple work streams whist
effectively managing stakeholder expectations. You will work in a fast paced
and supportive team environment.
