Driving School Manager (Training & Development Academy)

Salary £30,451 - £32,234

Hours:  35 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Driving Instructor to manage our Driving School.

Key responsibilities will include the supervision of Driving Instructors, delivering training and assessing driver competency as well as managing the overall competency of all drivers within the service. It is important that the successful candidate is able to maintain an up to date knowledge of all road traffic and related legislation, guidelines and best practice.

Candidates must be a qualified Large Goods Vehicle (Category C) Instructor for a minimum of three years. In addition, experience in the management and leadership of a team of Instructors is an important aspect of the role together with strong organisational and planning skills.
