Training and Assessment Officer – Temporary (12 months)
Salary: £24,982 - £27,041
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Training & Development Academy, Storrington Avenue, Croxteth,
Liverpool, L11 9AP
Applicants are invited for this exciting position to support the
training and development programmes delivered to our employees. You will be
required to deliver, observe, mark, assess and review the work of the
learners. Deliver training remotely and face to face. Efficient use of
resources to support, motivate and mentor the learners. You will be responsible
for managing a caseload of up to 150 learners.
You should possess ateaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed or
equivalent), be experienced in motivating and monitoring learners in person and
remotely and have knowledge of qualifications and awarding bodies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop learning
materials and produce lesson/session plans are also essential requirements.
