Administration Officer
 
Salary: £24, 982 - £27, 041 per annum (Grade 7)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Three years Fixed Term contract

Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service are seeking a highly motivated administrator to join their National Resilience team.  The National Resilience team work on behalf of the UK Government and provide a co-ordinated Fire and Rescue response to major incidents nationally.  This role will manage the administration function of this team and support National Resilience Lead Officers across the country.
 
The responsibilities of the role include providing all types of meeting preparation and recording; collection and analysis of information for management reports; and proactive engage with a number of partners, including the Home Office, to ensure processes run smoothly.
 
What are we looking for?
You will have a positive attitude and are able to work through problems to bring about solutions.  You will have substantial experience of providing administration support in a busy environment with tight deadlines.  Excellent time management and attention to detail is a must for this role alongside a professional approach to work.
