Fire Service Direct (FSD) is responsible for the organising and management of the Home Fire Safety Check Strategy which Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service delivers across the region. The intelligence information held within FSD allows Community Prevention Teams and Operational Crews to target high and medium risk individuals effectively and allows Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service to implement appropriate and proportionate intervention measures.
The role of the FSD Senior Advisor is to supervise and train FSD staff to make Outbound Calls and Process Incoming Calls as part of the Home Fire Safety Check strategy and to book and maintain a diary of appointments for Personnel to carry out these checks.
Salary: Grade 4 (£16, 781 - £17, 772 per annum)
Location: Service Headquarters
