Workshop HGV Vehicle Fitter
Workshops, Vesty Business Park
Operational Preparedness Directorate
Salary Red book Craft 2 £24,073 plus tool allowance of £392.88 per annum
Once competent you will be required participate in the “out of hours,
call out system”. The “Call Out” allowance is £226.65 per rostered week.
[Currently 1 week every 5 weeks] + any overtime worked.
35 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.15pm, Friday 8.00am -
1.00pm. Plus out of hours call out service.
Permanent contract
The role involves the repair, inspection, servicing and modification of
Fire Service and partners vehicles and equipment.
