Estates Team
Legal, Procurement, Estates and Democratic Services Directorate
Salary £32,029 - £34,788 per annum
Permanent contract, full time - 35 hours per week
Location Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service Headquarters, Bootle, L30 4YD
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service estates portfolio includes 27 premises ranging from fire stations, vehicle and equipment workshops to the joint control centre and service HQ.
The Estates Project Officer is responsible for project managing small value estates capital building contracts up to £1m, planning effective within agreed timescales to enable delivery of goods and services to an acceptable standard, ensuring at all times that this brings value for money for the Authority.
