Customer Services Assistant– Service Headquarters
Salary £11,137 - £11,360
Hours: 21 hours per week, part time, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Location: Service Headquarters, Bridle Road,Bootle
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Assistant to work at our busy Reception at the Service Headquarters. Key duties will include, undertaking all reception and reprographics duties, assisting with facilitating conferences and all other meetings/events. Receipt and sorting of all internal mail and deliveries is also a key requirement of the role.
Other key duties include operating the main Switchboard, franking and dispatching mail and parcels, monitoring security via CCTV and the operation of vehicle barriers.
Excellent customer service skills are a crucial aspect of this role. Candidates must also have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees, customers and other stakeholders. The ability to work as part of a team, meet all deadlines and have a strong customer service ethos are also essential requirements.
Please note due to the operational requirements of the role, the post-holder will be required to work between 8.00am and 5.00pm on a rota basis, but will be entitled to all other aspects of the flexitime scheme.
The working week is 21 hours, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
