Roles: 2 x Level 3 Business Administration Apprentices

Salary: £162 per week for 1st 12 months, National Minimum Wage for 2nd 12 months.

Duration: 24 month fixed term contract

 Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service currently have exciting opportunities available for to join our team, complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, and gain valuable experience within a fast paced Recruitment and Learning environment.

We currently have 2 positions available, 1 at our Training & Development Academy in Croxteth and 1 at our Headquarters in Bootle.

The successful candidates will develop their understanding of a variety of recruitment and selection activities while supporting processes for both Uniformed and Non-Uniformed roles.  They will also support the facilitation of learning programmes for our staff, ensuring that our people are the best they can be.

 The apprentices will be supported by an experienced team and will access additional support from our Apprenticeship training provider to enable them to successfully achieve the Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.

Skills, Attributes & Qualifications Required for Role:

G.C.S.E grade C or above / 4-9 in Maths & English (or equivalent)

Effective communication

Organisation skills

Ability to plan and prioritise workload

Confidence

Accuracy and attention to detail

Teamwork    

 Please note, candidates who already possess a Business related Level 3 qualification may not be eligible for this apprenticeship.
