Watch Manager B- Fire Control Training Officer
Salary: £44,911
Location: Fire Control
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service currently have an exciting new opportunity available for talented individuals with an interest in developing others.
The Watch Manager B in Fire Control plays a key role in ensuring the team develop and maintain Core and Specialist skills and competencies. They will play a vital part in ensuring learning provision meets the needs of the Service and Control staff, is high quality and aligns to national requirements.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
v NOG Alignment
v Ongoing Training and CPD
v Supervisory Development Programmes (PDP’s)
v E-Learning
v National Resilience Training
v Recruit and Apprenticeship Programmes
v Anticipating future training needs
ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must have experience of performing in a Fire Control supervisory manager role within the last 12 months.
The closing date for submitted applications is midnight, 10th April 2024.
It’s anticipated that interviews will take place 16th April 2024.
